Professional Accounting

B.Com Professional Accounting is a three-year undergraduate degree course that deals with the study of accounting, finance, marketing, economics, management, and other financial matters. The main aim of the course is to train the students and make them excellent both in theoretical and practical aspects related to financial analysis, creative thinking, good communication and interpersonal skills, and good mathematical skills and account knowledge. Graduates of the B.Com Professional Accounting course have many job opportunities in accounting, management, marketing, mathematics, and many more. Along with it, B.Com Professional Accounting graduates are preferred everywhere for work, including private and public sectors.
The department of B.Com with Professional Accounting starts its functioning in the year 2015 with the sanctioned intake of 60. B.Com (PA) inculcates the professional skills to the students that help them to sort out their strengths and weaknesses. That provides a clear view to enter the professions like Charted Accountant, ACS and ICWA. It ensures the proficiency of the students to stabilize their career skills. The leadership qualities enable them lead a successful professional life. Following methodology is practiced by the department : Collaboration with auditors through Auditors Consortium Cell Internship and Training Programme Group Presentations & Discussion Micro/Mini Projects Guest Lectures Free Online Courses Workshops Value Added Programme.
